We are embarking on a very exciting project, the restoration and revitalization of a 100 year old brick building in beautiful Hudson Valley in the Village of Catskill. In addition to the restoration of this historic building, we will also be starting work on our urban permaculture garden.

A great project for you to connect to. We are building a sharing community of people who will contribute their skills and know-how in exchange for housing starting 2017.

Who we need:

We are seeking individuals with skill / experience in the following areas:

Carpentry

Painting

Floor and tile installation, grout work

Plumbing

Wood-working (sanding, staining, refinishing wood)

Window glazing

Landscaping

Gardening

Water runoff management

We ask for you to be engaged in and focused on your work. We are not cigarette smokers nor alcohol drinkers. If you are a big drinker, this is not the place for you.

We ask that you are peaceful and respectful, treating your accommodation and environment with the same care you give your home.

We ask that you are honest and straightforward. We believe in clarity and full open and honest communication.
